Q: Why does it take so long to receive my order?

A: Just like restaurants that start cooking your food after you place your order, we don't begin crafting your underwear until you checkout. Then it takes time to receive your order, add your design, and make it through the delivery process. 

 

Q: Why does Undies Champ have a no returns policy?

A: For hygiene reasons, after we've sent it to you, we wouldn't dare send it to anyone else. Please use the size guides to select the best fit.

 

Q: How do I order customizable items?

A: Select the item  and size you prefer, add to cart, view cart, add customization items in box on bottom left, and check out.
